A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS and Holiday Magic Show Dec. 2–10

The classic animated television special A Charlie Brown Christmas comes to life in this faithful stage adaptation by Charles Schulz in which Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts gang discover the true meaning of Christmas.

In conjunction with A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS, the cast and crew will present a Holiday Magic Show before each performance, featuring director and Master Magician Floyd Collins, and illusionist Annika Campbell.

The shows begin Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m., Dec. 3 and 4 at 2 p.m., Dec. 9 at 7:30 p.m., and Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. in The Hirt Theater at Bellevue Society for the Arts, 205 Maple St., Bellevue. It is sponsored by The Bellevue Hospital.

Following the show, take a photo on the stage with Santa Claus!

The cast includes Jacob Mildner as Charlie Brown, Nathan Shanaman as Snoopy, Daphne Holland as Woodstock, Elizabeth Robbins as Lucy, Ivy McElfresh as Sally, Elijah Robbins as Linus, Jim Posey as Pig Pen, Ava Rich as Frieda, Ian Weiss as Schroeder, Kenzie Franks as Violet, Anya Stuart as Patty, Gage Hill as Shermy, and Genna and Quinn Haryu as 3 & 4 (Twins). Featuring Blake Armentrout, Emma Hartman, Carlie Hotz, Alex Lochotzki, Ella Mildner, and Josh Robbins in the Peanut Gallery Ensemble.

Assistant Director is Leslie Childers.

A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS is based on the television special by Bill Melendez and Lee Mendelson. The stage adaptation is by Eric Schaeffer, by special arrangement with Arthur Whitelaw and Ruby Persson, and is presented by arrangement with Tams-Witmark, a Concord Theatricals Company.
